1. Who is Mundo Moo?

MUNDO MOO is an Irish brand that values cosy high quality basics with playful details. Everything is designed and orders fullfiled in our Dublin studios.

2. What payment methods does accept?

We accept several popular payment methods, including Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, and most major credit cards.

3. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes, if you choose the tracked shipping, a tracking number will be provided as soon as the order is shipped.

4. How long does it take for the package to arrive after I place my order?

In Ireland, all orders will ship between 2 to 5 business days. (Saturday and Sunday are excluded). After your item is shipped, please allow us for another 10 – 20 working days for delivery.

5. Do you offer refunds?

We will fulfill refund request only if you are eligible and certain terms and conditions are met. Please refer to our return and refund policy section for more details.

Please be aware that customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by UK customs are not included in the product price. Any additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.
